What is U. Buddies?

Until May of 2006, U.Buddies was known as Best Buddies.

At the University of Delaware we match UD students with residents at the Mary Campbell Center (MCC) in Wilmington, Delaware in one-to-one friendships.

Our regular members are matched up with a MCC resident and typically visit their buddies once a week for an hour.

Our associate members are not matched up with a MCC resident, but visit the MCC whenever they are able to.

We also have 2 group events a semester, such as a dance, karaoke night, and end of the year semi-formal.
We set up carpools! So if you don't have a car- you can still be a part of U. Buddies! If you do have a car, we really appreciate you driving!
