-Good News:The AGR House has successfully passed two inspections this past year of 2003. We received a new dishwasher to replace the old and faulty one provided by the University of Delaware. A new sump pump and a dehumidifier provided by the University has been installed in the basement due to consistent flooding. A change in phone lines has taken effect this past year as well. The number 302-837-3381 has been disconnected and 302-837-3379 has become the new main number to the Fraternity House. After elections, Robert Morgan is now the current VNR of House Operations and is in charge of the house. Any questions, please feel free to direct them to Robert Morgan at rmorg@udel.edu.
-Leases: A new brother will be joining use in the upcoming lease for the year 2004- 2005. Brother Morgan will be welcomed. A new arrangement of rooms will also take place for the next lease period. The downstairs room will remain a double. One of the rooms upstairs, which is currently a single, will return to its intended occupancy and become a double. The house will then be able to hold eight tenants which will dramatically decrease the rent. The final numbers for rent are still being determined.
-Bad News : The house still has no common den for brothers to relax in. The undergraduate chapter and the alumni are working on this problem. In the near future, we hope to purchase a new television as well as more furniture to turn the current living room into a relaxing and accomodating room.
