Welcome to Alpha Lambda Delta at the
University of Delaware!
Alpha Lambda Delta is a national honor society that honors academic excellence during a student's first year in college. The purpose of the society is to encourage superior academic achievement among students in their first year in institutions of higher education, to promote intelligent living and a continued high standard of learning, and to assist women and men in recognizing and developing meaningful goals for their roles in society.
Academic standard for eligibility to the University of Delaware's chapter is a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale at the conclusion of the first academic year.

World Health Day event will be held April 21, 2008 from 11am-1pm on the Trabant patio and from 7-10pm in the Trabant theater.
