Every event we hold, somebody brings a camera. The
following albums show some of the ASME sponsored events of
the past year.
Every spring, a group of Mechanical Engineering students assist the students of Brader Elementary School with building and launching model rockets in the Launching a Dream program. The elementary students are exposed to the engineering profession as well as space exploration.
Engineering dodgeball was a friendly competition among the different engineering majors during Engineers Week. Congratulations to The Botanical Mechanicals for their hard fought win over The Cheg Stands.
Punkin' Chunkin' is a competition located in Millsboro, Delaware where mechanical engineering students have travelled down to every year. Competitors bring huge air cannons and trebuchets in an attempt to throw pumpkins as far as possible. It is a sight to see.
