Growth Groups are different from small groups in that Growth Groups are not merely Bible studies, but mini-movements within the larger ministry. The best place to grow spritually and relationally is not in the weekly meeting, but in a more personal setting. The goal of a growth group is not to be small, but to allow for its members to go deeper.
