Cell Phone Drive

We are conducting a cell phone drive in order to help raise money for research into a type of cancer called Multiple Myeloma. The cell phones are going to be donated to the Internationl Myeloma Foundation and they then will trade them in to another organization for money to conduct research to find a cure. As their motto says "Until There is a Cure...There is the IMF." We will be collecting not only the cell phones but also any adpaters or manuals that you also have for them.

This is a good project for us to do because in 2006 our District Awerness Project was cancer. Therefore, if you would like more information about the International Myeloma Foundation or about the cancer itself you can refer to their website, IMF.
