Heavyweights Race in NJ; Lightweights Race in MA
On Saturday April 4th, the University of Delaware Men’s Crew heavyweights dueled with Rutgers University on the Raritan River, New Brunswick, NJ, while the lightweights raced Dartmouth on Lake Qinsigamond in Worcester, MA.
Both of the races took place in harsh, windy conditions. In NJ, there was a cross tail of 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. In MA, the lightweights raced with a strong cross headwind.
