4th annual Erg-A-Thon scheduled for February 14th
The University of Delaware Men's Crew 4th Annual Erg-A-Thon is scheduled for Saturday, February 14th in the Perkins student center Gallary. With the support of individual sponsors, each rower on the team will pull a 15-minute piece on the erg in order to raise money for the team. Awards will be given to the varsity heavyweight, varsity lightweight, freshman/novice heavyweight, freshman/novice lightweight, and coxswain who pull the most meters in their respective category. Awards will also be handed out to the top three fundraisers.
We invite parents and alumni to come support the team during one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. The money earned during this event will be a great help to our athletes for the upcoming spring season, assisting with transportation costs, regatta entry, and equipment purchases. The team would like to send thanks to all of its supporters for their contributions.
The event will begin at 12 p.m. on Saturday and last until 5 p.m.
