UD Juggling Club Constitution

Article I: Name of Organization 
	The name of our organization is hereby deemed and referred to as
UD Juggling Club, or UDJC. 

Article II: Purpose 
	Section 1. To cater an environment in which Universtiy of
Delaware students interested in the pursuit of happiness via juggling
and related arts may convene for mutual education and participation in
juggling activities. 

	Section 2. The UD Juggling Club also aim to promote the 
art of juggling and its recreational value within the University community 
and the adjacent neighborhood, especially during special events.

  	Section 3.  This unique organization has the goal of providing 
information and support to fellow jugglers and the general public, through 
comraderie, inspiration, and cooperation. 

Article III: Memberships  
	Section 1. Any student from the UD University community can become
member. No membership due is needed at this time, but if you do feel
the gesture to contribute, please feel free to forward your largess to our
current Treasurer who will graciously accept.

	Section 2. Members are strongly encouraged to be present for
meetings to enjoy and promote the art of juggling. 

Article IV: Officers  
	As of date we have two(2) officers.  The President is
the head organizer, and the Treasurer is in charge of the financial
aspects of the organization. Nominations and elections will be held
annualy at the beginning of the Fall semester. 

Article V: Meetings   
	Meetings will be held once a week on the North Mall (median
green between Wolf Hall and Sharp Lab) at 3:00PM unless otherwise
specified.  

Article VI: Amendments  
	Addendum and/or modification(s) of the constitution must be agreed
upon by a majority of the members who show up for meetings over 50% of the
time.
