Becoming a member of Sigma Kappa will introduce you to service,
sisterhood, leadership opportunities, and
spiritual fulfilliment. It is an
excellent opportunity to become an
active
member of the UD community and give back to our local Newark
community thorugh
service.
The sisters of Sigma
Kappa recruit new members through a formal recruiment process during
the Panhellenic Council's formal recruitment period held
the first two weekends of every Spring semester. The
Panhellenic Council serves as the governing body for the eight national
sororities at the University of DE,
whose
main purpose is to
unite sorority women to focus on common goals and values, and to create
a network of support for the chapters. **Important Fall 2008 Dates**

in order to go through the
formal recruitment process and be considered for
membership in our organization!
