FINALLY!! THE FALL SCHEDULE IS POSTED! Sorry for the delay! Your Officers have planned a fall semester packed full of East Coast adventures! Just click 'Trip Schedule' above to see the line-up and when to sign-up.

The UD Outing Club is open to all Full-time Undergraduate UD students... there's no dues, go on as many or as few trips as you like.
• Meetings
Meetings are on Monday nights in Perkins Room 305 at 8:00 pm! Come to get all the info. you need about upcoming trips and hang out with some awesome people. If you are planning to go on a trip, remember to sign up 2 Wednesdays before the weekend.
• First Time on a Trip?
Remember, you MUST fill out a liability form in order to go on a trip. It's very easy to do: go to this web site, UD RSO Liability Form , login, and fill out the form. Your trip leader will check to make sure that it has been filled out, and this form only has to be completed once.
• One Person / One Spot Policy
Due to high demands during certain outing club trips, the officers have decided to change the structure of sign ups. No one is allowed to sign up more than one person (i.e. one person cannot sign up themselves and a friend for a trip). If you want to go on a trip but can't make it, you must have a friend show up at the sign ups in your place with money for you. We understand that some people may have conflicts with classes, but this is the fairest solution for all members.
• No Refund Policy
UDOC can not provide refunds for trips, but trip leaders can provide you with a list of members on the waiting list. It is your responsibility to contact the waiting list to attempt to find someone to take your spot. Any cash transactions will be between you and person replacing you, not with the Outing Club. The best way to avoid this situation is to only sign-up for trips that you know you can attend. Inclement weather, 'last minute' schoolwork, other personal reasons, etc. are not grounds for cancellation. In the rare occasion where the OC is forced to cancel a trip, a full refund will be provided.
