ANNOUNCEMENT

The Delaware Council of the Blind and Visually Impaired will hold its annual convention in the Community Room at Main Towers on Saturday, November 6, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. An interesting day of speakers and discussion is planned. Main Towers is located at 330 E. Main Street in Newark. Coffee and danish will be served upon arrival at 9 a.m. with the first speaker at 9:30. A buffet luncheon will be served at 12 noon and will include a salad, hot vegetable medley, a chicken main dish, dinner rolls & butter, dessert, and beverage. Cost for the day is $25.00. A 50-50 raffle will be held in the afternoon with the proceeds to help cover program costs.
